New York City

Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been here a hundred times, you’ll feel the excitement as soon as you arrive.

With iconic attractions and cutting-edge performances throughout its five boroughs, New York City is the entertainment capital of the world. You can explore famous landmarks like the Empire State Building, Times Square, the Brooklyn Bridge and The Bronx Zoo or catch a Yankees or Mets game at their new stadiums.

There are lots of ways to take in the sights in NYC. Check out the sunset from Rockefeller Center’s Top of the Rock before a Broadway show or watch the city lights shimmer after a performance at Lincoln Center. For a photo op with the Statue of Liberty, take a Circle Line scenic cruise. You can also get a great view of the Manhattan skyline with a free ride on the Staten Island Ferry.

Along with world-famous museums like the Met and the Guggenheim, there are thousands of galleries in neighborhoods from Chelsea to Williamsburg. Shopping options range from tiny teashops in Chinatown, to designer flagships on Fifth Avenue, to the hundreds of vendors at the Brooklyn Flea.

And don’t forget about the food! Splurge at a classic like The Four Seasons, have pastrami on rye at Katz’s deli, or get a slice of real New York pizza. Head out to Queens on the 7-Train to find ethnic cuisine, from Peruvian to Thai. With more than 20,000 restaurants, and some of the best dining in the world, New York City has whatever your heart (or palate) desires.
